Easy access to airport, UMK, MRSM, IPG, ILP, PUTIK  and others; and also hypermarket which is take less than 5 min to be those places mention. Preferably for family vacation.

It has 3 bedrooms (All Queen Size and 2 Single Size in master bedroom and also extra 2 more loose single mattress) plus 2 bathrooms with cosy and comfortable environment which will make you feel like at your own place but getaway home.

1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom are equipped with airconds and fans, 1 more rooms with just fan but still cooling at noon and night. Fitted with modern interiors, the Semi-Detached Double Storey unit come with a separate living area. They are equipped with a balcony (backside), sofa seating area, Internet WiFi and Astro TV. Shower facilities are in the attached bathroom.
